I'm having exactly the same problem. I just finished a game where the game review scored me 1900 and Ali "The Destroyer" 2400!! 2400 makes this little git on the verge of chess stardom 😂
I feel like the algorithm is off with this fella.
That said I had him beaten twice and blundered once each time. One mistake and he kills you. You need a near perfect game for this one 🤷♂️

I read on another forum you can get different coding (ok maybe not the exact phrasing they used) on different platforms. I've just played Ali on the laptop and I blundered at the end, and should have won. He was rated 1250 for that game with 1 "great move".
The prior two games on android he was rated 2000+ with typically 3 great moves, which were game changing each time. So I do think he's harder to beat on android right now.
Another thing, the game review produces totally different results on android. Try playing a game on your laptop, then run the game review, then find the game on android and run the game review and it will be different. So it must be true that the platforms behave differently. I feel like that lack of consistency across platform is really not a good thing for the subscription fee!
I had no trouble beating all the bots up to Ali but I've hit a hard wall with this one. I've lost to it probably 150 to 200 times lol. It seems he defends every single move he makes and doesn't make any mistakes so I can't break through at all. I have a really low rating against people so maybe he's just beyond my level but I didn't have any trouble with the other 1400 bots weirdly.
