Matchmaking Failed Error

Hello everybody, I played two games and won after both opponents abandoned the games and then when i tried to play another rapid game I started to get this error. I've waited like 30 mins and I also cleared my cache on Google Chrome and even logged in on Microsoft Edge to try to see if it was a browser issue but the problem still persists? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
EDIT: It seems to remove the screenshot of the error when i try to attach it but it says word for word "Matchmaking failed. Please wait a few seconds and try again."
