How to contact chess.com human support?

Well. If your account has been closed and the email account doesn't exist, I would guess there is not much they can do.

Were you a premium member? They need some way to verify your identity.

I have raised a concern related to my chess subscription, I got one response (queries) from support team, but when I replied to the queries, no response since 5 days

It's possible the staff member assisting you could be out of office.

Hey guys

There has been a mistake that took place , a -R1399.00 has been charged because of the free trial I took , however I tried to cancel it on day 3 and 6 but I had technical difficulties

I tried talking to the chat bot and it asked me that did the transaction take place any time past 30 days ? And I said no by mistake coz I meant to tell it that it took place 4 hours ago at that time now it ended the conversation and I cannot contact them again. What do I do?

I recently send chess.com some go puzzles I made for you and for Nakayama who had said he knew how to play go which someone named B. Hines signed for according to the post office and I am hoping you got them as they are my way of thanking you and Nakayama for rekindling my love for the game I grew up with some 60 years ago.
