King's Indian setups give a lot of London players problems. An early C5 and activating the Queen are other ways.
D5, Knight f6, C5, Queen B6, G6, Nc6, Bishop G7, and Knight E7 preparing E5, then you push E5 and break the center

If you don't mind a long slower positional battle then the early move 4...Bd6 lines whites whole positional plan radiates around this Bishop on f4 so swapping it off soon as possible is a good thing👍

then you can delay Nc6 and play b6 and Ba6 swapping bishop on d3.
after that just go for minority attack on Q side.
