how to find stats on potential mentors?

Hello, I posted a message on the mentor forum and I got responses, but I’m having trouble finding the stats on those responding. I click on their names in the messages, but nothing comes up. I go to stats and enter their names, and nothing comes up. Searching this topic doesn’t really give any useful information. Thanks!

I found that on the app clickin on a name gives no information, but when I login on a browser, I get another member stats.
