Are you refering to the chat bar at the bottom? If that's what you mean, you can disable it in your privacy settings. Just select NEVER SHOW under chat bar.

I see when I login now there is the friends onlin section...
and on the left side is in your face ad spamming.
right now it says 'True chat, email and flirt FREE at True.com'.
How do you get rid of that?
If I can't I will find another chess community because I paid for a gold membership to have no ads.
