How to make people actually read your threads!

1. Think of a better title. Here's the banned list (I'll update it):

- chess

- hi

2. It helps to be known in the community, a lot of you on here will know me already, I'm around a lot!

3. Be very clear in what you're trying to say. I see lots of 'how to get better at chess' threads but that's such a generic question, be specific!

4. Take a bit of time over the spelling, punctuation and grammar, a couple of errors are fine but nobody can read incoherent slop

5. Don't use AI

6. Don't have a nice, interesting title but then the content of the thread is just 'gjreihsug' or 'i like chess' or '676767676767'

6. If you want to get the posting achievement, DON'T SAY 'DOING THIS FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT' like oh my gosh at least make it interesting and worthwhile

7. Follow the community guidelines (I don't really care about these much but people love telling me when I'm breaking the rules soooo)
