chess.com you need to weed out the time wasters who let the clock run out when they're losing a game. The processes involved in reporting someone is not convenient.
How to report someone?

not just time wasters but also people who use offensive language after winning a game. there should be an easier interface to report such folks.
completely agree. chess.com are not taking this seriously enough, hence why a high % of players leave their subscriptions.
Just part of the reason why i cancelled my diamond membership.

2. scan topics, realize nothing matches, do a search
3. WTF are you serious chess.com "take a screenshot or grab the text" ???
4. Click "contact us" and send all of this
5. Pick a topic, write my name, write my chess.com username, write my email address, write the message details.......

Chess.com, look. Make report abuse much easier. They know my username, they know my email, pretty sure they know my real name. It's a website, so they _should_ know what was said. Simple? I don't think so. It's like a stop-gap webpage written by a contractor and never updated. Apologies to whomever actually wrote it.
If I wish to report someone based on the behaviour they exhibit during/after the game, how would I go about doing that?
