Bro wasted whole 7 minutes and I sat there waiting for him to make a move. How do I deal with such cases. I see only 2 options:
1. Report for stalling and resign
2. Report for stalling and wait it out until they get timed out
Option 2 means I will have to waste my time. Resigning seems much more convenient but then it could lead to premature resignations when the opponent wasnt actually stalling
