How to revert forum color appearance

Quite some time ago, when I was a premium member, I changed the theme to some custom one. Now that I'm just a regular member, all that's left was a black background and unreadable quoted text (due to font color). How do I revert back to the original appearance or at least change font colors? Thanks.
