Simple is, you don't need to worry about it. It's over a month away and the site will handle it for those that qualify.

Then don't participate. How do you expect them to hand you the money? Send them with an owl? Also mark my words down ,the prizes will be won by titled players only ,for whom chess is their job and life.They don't have any other obligations ,so they can just sit playing chess the whole day and at the same time they can beat more people on average which means more trophies.
