Hyper-bullet parameters

I need some assistance on the app.

I play 30 second chess all the time. I realize that you can not set up 30 second games on the app (why? I don't know, but I hope this gets fixed one day). So, what I do is set up a game on the laptop, pick my time (30 seconds), and also the plus minus of 200 points for opponents.

Then I play game on laptop, after, I go to the app, find the game I just played and then simply hit, "play another 30 second match" and I continue to play 30 second games on app.

The problem is, and NO ONE seems to be able to answer this, is why my opponents are always my rating or less up to 600 points. I never play anyone stronger than me. This makes it very difficult for me to play people my rating or higher. Why is this happening? The original match up on laptop was give or take 200. Why does this change on the app? There has to be a way to set up 30 sec games on app and play players my rating or higher? Right?!

My record is like 500 and 100 currently. Obviously there is a problem here. I just want to play roughly my rating area.

I hope someone can help me with this. I can't be the only person who plays hyper on the phone?
