I can't upgrade...

I get this page in both Firefox and IE and I've cleared the cache as well. if I click the "upgrade now" button it just ads the # to the URL.
At least one other member reported this problem this morning. I checked and it's broken for me too, in Firefox and IE, even after a cache clear.
I hope this is an acceptible forum for this. I cannot upgrade my account as the membership page is screwed up. I submitted a bug report this morning, but I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue.
