I CANT WIN IN CHESS IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!!

Dropping down from my peak at 1421, I've lost 200+ rapid points....

I can't win at all anymore! I'm losing 71% of my games, and winning barely any.

The only person I can beat is my friend isamvik, who somehow has the most tinsane luck, and is like 1300, which is wild.

Somehow everyone I play against plays like a grandmaster. I can't progress at all, and I'm just tilting forever.

130+ points lost in about a month

Can't stop losing. At this point I'm just giving free wins. I don't even care. My rating will never go up.

No, I disagree

He must analysis his own games

To stand up on his blunder points

At least to don't repeating his loses

Do you really think he created this post just to complain and cry?

It's the professional chess masters opinion

I just transferred it to Rik

Me in a nutshell. Just play some 10 min games. Great way to gamble some ELO

I agree 👍🏼 💯 with that

Longer time chess

15 minutes and More

horse_ponies_11

atleast your elo is more than 3 digits unlike mine

Tips: maybe try playing 4 player and variants to try a different type of chess if you feel like your losing too much elo at once

To improve, you need to play slower time controls. You are currently playing 10-minute games, which is better than bullet or blitz. However, you don’t take enough time to check your opponent’s threats and use only seconds to give away pieces or even queens. It does no good to end the game with 7 minutes still on your clock.

1. play slow games—classical time controls or daily games.

2. Use enough time to check your opponent’s threats.

3. concentrate on applying basic opening principles.

4. don’t resign after 2 moves. You did this 5 times in a row.

5. Analyze your games after you finish. I don’t mean using game review to have a computer tell you your mistakes. Figure out on your own what went wrong. If you do this, you won’t repeat those mistakes.

Perfectly written 🤝🏼

Try not to grind for elo for hours on end. When I do that, I burn out and start resigning in games that I can't find an easy win. Try to do an hour or two of chess and then take a break.

Why is that that no one bothered to look at OP's games?

The last 4 losses looked like this:

Resignation after 2 moves (the Magnus Carlsen method).

I guess the guy is just joking.
