Majority of people I see on this site are little greasy [redacted] who think they’re above everybody. They talk like they’re from the 1800s to try to act mature, when in reality it makes them look like a toddler who just discovered a dictionary and started saying the first words they found. Their arguments are [redacted] but their egos are so high they couldn’t care less. Ngl most of these guys look like the quiet kids at the back of the class. Probably watch Rick and Morty too..

You know how stereotypes start and are maintained? Because they're true.
For reasons this older gentleman will not get into...I enjoy just playing bots. I have enjoyed Chess.com for many years without being a member because I personally would not benefit with the perks that are offered. I don't care about ratings...I simply enjoy chess without all the drama. I will go to the local chess club on occasion to play and that's it. I follow the tournaments on Chess.com and read some of the questions/comments on the forum.
Have been playing chess since the early 70's and I simply just enjoy this game that at times requires a name or a face to be across from you. You are playing a personality when online who you may not know, just play the game and enjoy it and be gracious.
