First and foremost, a chess forum is likely not the best place to seek help for anxiety and/or other grievances. I suggest that you talk to your Primary Care Doctor and/or therapist (if you have one). However, seeking a "cure" is a perfectly respectable expenditure. Unfortunately, there are many different types of anxiety, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Paranoid Personality Disorder, and Panic Disorder. There are many treatments depending on your specific condition, however, studies have shown that journaling and keeping diaries can help improve such conditions. In addition, identifying and avoiding triggers has been found to help as well. A medical approach would probably include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for anxiety that is persistent and not manageable at home. (Please note that I am not a medical professional)
I have anxiety.

If you were diagnosed, doesn't that mean that you are able to get treated for it? Either medicine or therapy or both depending on the severity?

So I'm assuming the anxiety is why you mostly play against bots. I can understand that. For the better part of last year I didn't play against human opponents because of ladder anxiety. I just sat at around 950 elo making no progress at all. But I'm sure whatever you are dealing with is much worse than mine was.

I was diagnosed with anxiety, which is probably the reason why I suck at chess and math. But at least I’m good at art. I want a actual cure, not just “Go for it, bro, be perfect if you want and always stay on exercise” but rather actual ways to help manage it.
Go for it bro

Okay, even though I never attended for there to be motivations.

I have anxiety and I don't think it affects my game.. on the contrary, the thinking process during playing chess and solving puzzles calms me down.. however, I only play 30 minutes and 15/10 chess.. never play anything faster than those.. I also take my time on puzzless.. I don't know if playing bullets and blitz will triggers my anxiety, never tried.
My point is, this will sound terribly cliche, but there is no external cure for that, dealing with it is managing it.. as a fellow anxiety fighters, I wish you luck..
