You don't get titles on Chess.com. The site recognizes titles gained through over the board officially rated play.

I understand that this in-game rating is not included in the FIDE rating. So how can I get a FIDE rating? How can I get into tournaments with FIDE rating from zero?

Find events in your area or where you're willing to travel to.
Could be hard to get but qualifications do matter
U arent good enough yet
