what happened to your theme? i looked at your profile and it looks nice. what is missing?
Waffles, erik, waffles are what's missing.
I think he's referring to the black/gray background.
Could someone link me to a custom theme that brings back the exact look and feel of the original site layout and colors? That's what I want.

Perhaps I should clarify, I was hoping to be able to make the site look the way it has for the last year, not just the default theme that everyone got recently.

the only real difference is the background was not a gradient and the header was white. why not just set your background color to white in a custom theme?

The main difference is the menu! The old one was much cleaner and easier to navigate :(

we didn't make any changes to the menu other than the background color...
I've been trying to edit my themes, but it won't work. I can't make a new theme either.
I was able to get my theme back but now my board settings are off and I cannot fix them. I use the "huge board" but it is no longer huge. :-)

I had a green background, now it's grey. The green was part of the St. Patrick's theme, so it's an unwelcome change.
My impression is that the new (black/grey) background colour of the standard design does not go quite well together with the rest of the pages.
To me, this seems to be not only a matter of taste or colourfulness, it seems to disbalance the contrast equilibrium and therefore affect readability somehow.

go to your account, then themes, then create a theme and change the background color to #55555 - then you will have it like it used to be.
