i was 1300 but it dropped(not by playing, by Chess.com) to 450 and now im stuck at 450-515

If you mean in rapid, you hadn't played in 3 years so your rating deviation (RD) value had increased which means your rating after games would have larger rating changes. Since you lost a lot of the more recent games, your rating dropped a lot.

Also, your initial rating from three years ago was only based on a few games.

You played only several games at that rating, after that it went down a lot, and now it went down even more.

That means your rating wasn't established, so not quite realistic. Play more games to see where you really stand.
