While on blitz and bullet, for these two you should learn how to focus well on a short period of time, think properly of what threats opponent may do? How to punish your opponent mistakes/blunder? Can I checkmate my opponent? Etc. ......My opinion 🙏👆

1. Learn 1 or 2 main openings to use. I recommend either London or Italian for white and caro kann for black. Once you get the hang of it, you can stop learning, as over learning it can distract you from other areas

2. Look for tactics. Both on your side and the opponents side can both use a lot of tactics, and we should always look for them. I recommend training yourself in tactics a lot, and also going in real games and try to avoid tactics from your opponent. (It's ok to lose) The tactic you want to try to do the most is a fork, as they are easy to notice and easy to do.

3. Look at the whole board. When I was an early beginner, I wasn't looking at the whole board. There could've been many different tactics available, checkmates to lose to, or pieces to lose. And there I was shuffling my knights around to attack my opponents queen. Always look at everything that can happen; if there is tactics, checkmate threats, or whatever else, consider what you were previously doing and see if you need to change what you're doing to adapt to your opponent. Once I started doing this I easily became around 800 ELO.

This may be coming from a 1000 ELO player, but these steps personally helped me. I think you should definitely join chess camp, they're very welcoming where I come from, and they don't mind what your ELO is. You might also want to buy a chess book, I'd tell you which one but I think that could be flagged as advertising. Okie bye bye
