I have played lot of blitz (3-minute) tournaments and I noticed the following:
1. Among the highest tournament rankings there are many players with low ratings.
2. The large amount of games some players are able to play in the available time of the tournament.
So what are these people doing?
1. Create a new account with a low rating before starting a tournament, so a win will give them a lot of points?
2. Play multiple games simultaneously? Give up quickly to start a new game? How can they play so many games?
3. Joining a tournament with multiple accounts and somehow manage to play against themselves?
