Is he cheating?

Ok supposedly I play 10 daily games and cheated in only 1 of them, can chess.com close my account because of that? The reason I'm saying this is because one day I decided to analyze one of my friend's daily game. He had 99.7% accuracy whilst his opponent had 82.5%. Now his opponent wasn't just some 100 elo player, he was 1177 and still lost. So would it be alright if I were to report him for cheating?

You can and should report anyone you suspect of cheating. Even if just one game, you are suspicious of, then you should report it:

Reporting someone means that chess.com Staff will look into it and decide for themselves if the game was fair or not; reporting someone doesn't instantly mean they are banned.
