Is India Most Fragmented Nation On Chess.COM?

Can Indians unite to play such a bigh match? We have never touched even 200.
Team India has about 7500 members - but most of them do not play for it. Many members would like to remain part of Team India, however they avoid playing for it. They feel they would be "betraying" the other Indian group where they normally play! This is the reason I feel India is one of the most fragmented countries on this site.
Although we have asked them many times to play just in WL and AL matches because winning/losing in these matches reflects upon Indian chess status on this portal, there is hardly any change in their stance. I hope some of them are reading this and start playing for India in just WL and AL matches and continue to play other matches in their other Indian group.
Besides Team India there are about 40 more India based groups on chess.com site. Is there any other country that can match or surpass India on this?
