Is this a sign of cheating?

Hi. Recently I’ve noticed that a few of my latest opponents have constantly been disconnecting and reconnecting as the bar under their name shows. This has happened a lot, and I have to ask… is that a sign of cheating? Or am I overreacting? And if it could be cheating, what would I do to see if my opponent did or did not cheat?

its not an indication of cheating, they just have poor internet.
