it is possible to highjack the games...?

Hello everybody..!  

I was  wondering If any of you guys have ever encountered rude over-the-board players, as I had this really bad experience with one.

I will  go through what he did:

In the end of the game that I  unofficially won, he stop the time running and appears the note: "re-connection” and later , the game  turn as I lost the game, and I could not re-enter the program for a while…. I lost the game, and of course the point .  You  can see the game here :

It happened with a player called  kok_liang 1044,  yesterday night

I was very disappointed , also because later I  could't open the program again….. So,  it is possible to highjack the games like that….???
