No it isn't, most online trolls are also real life trolls. If they didn't have the internet, for example of the internet hadn't been invented to absorb their toxicity, they would be out there causing chaos in real life. They'd be bar brawlers, or stand-up comedian hecklers or something or other.

The bored kids of the last decade may have been trolls in the pure sense wanting to cause mayhem. Those grew up into real life trolls who are only online because it's easier.

But this decades trolls, people who were babies in the last decade, are not even trolls they lack the maturity to troll.

@xor_eax, being 2000 means that they virtually are the best on the site since the percentage of players higher rated than that is very, very small. They would defeat almost all the players they would play on the site if they can get matched with the entire rating range. It would make no sense to make fun of having a 2000 rating when only some 2000 rated players behave badly in the forums. It is a very good rating, and by saying 2000 is a mediocre player is degrading the level of everyone below that level including you. I agree that if they are being aggressive to others in the forums, they should be dealt with, but what they do in the forums is separate from their chess skill. Regardless of how good of people they are in real-life, 2000 ELO is very high.

The theme was sports videos, sorry bro.

That Katy Perry vid is more of a failed attempt at a meme video.

But I will change it if it bothers you lol

It doesn't bother me, I'm just letting you know.

I did the Perry video as joke.

I knew, but I posted it intentionally.

At least this one is now sports themed haha

Actually that's Kpop, but nice song choice.

Do you like 90s hip hop?

Sewer Rat Chess Federation (we have Latvian cookies while we chat). A bit bigger ones would be The Golden 64 Squares and Road to GM.

It's FIDE-sanctioned and FIDE has even created titles for it. It's CHESS. I'll take FIDE stance over yours any time, thank you.

You still don't get it. There is Chess. Then, there is "Rapid Chess", Blitz Chess" "Carrot Chess", Rabbit Chess", "Tea Chess" etc. Only Chess is Chess, the rest is only sub products and chocolate medals.

You are so sad. The mental gymnastics you do to avoid accepting Im 1800 in a completely different time control are astounding. You just can't accept someone who has not grabbed a single book of chess in their life is barely 200, 300 points beneath you, probably because it shows how bad and untalented you really are at chess. You go as far as claiming a thing FIDE has officially recognised for at least over half a century is not really chess. Of course we should all listen to you, and not FIDE.  Hey, but that's ok, I guess you could write a strongly worded letter to them, I'm sure they will listen to a chess.com player who can barely stay at 2000...

There's also the fact that, based your argument, I guess you shouldn't be so proud about your ladder / percentile  position in chess.com - which you so proudly state on your #51. It's just chocolate medals, barely non-chess sub products, something as irrelevant as puzzles, after all.

Maybe you should take a good look at your lack of talent before you keep bullying amateur players to compensate you have never made it to a chess title, when it's quite obvious that, for something you take soooo seriously, you are so low.

you have issues man, you are convinced strong players here have this thing about bullying low rated players. Most of the time we are giving free advice out of our own time to weaker players.
