Yes this has happened to me many times and to be honest the best thing for me would be to leave chess.com because it not right, not fair, I don't mind losing as it happens a lot but I have studied my games and have gotten draws when it was clearly checkmate so chess.com is wrong or I am being cheated
Draw, even tho I clearly won?

This is a textbook example of stalemate, a type of a draw. There is no cheating involved, it is obviously a rule you are not familiar with. Stalemate is a type of a draw where one side is on the move, but there is no legal move on the board they can make, while their king is not in check.
For instance, in your last game, you had Qg5# and it would be a mate in 1. Instead you played the pawn move, and it was stalemate as black can't make a move - his pawn on c2 can't move forward, and his king can't move anywhere without going into check, which is illegal. The most important thing, his king is not in check at the moment, so this is stalemate.

the king couldn't move anywhere and it was considered a stalemate. you have to make sure your opponents king always has some space to move otherwise its a draw if the opponent king doesn't have any legal moves.
It's stalemate, where his king cannot move, and yet is not in check, which is a draw, it always annoys me, in the endgame every move has to be a check, and you need to practice endgames A LOT.
Nobody has ever flagged anyone, really.
Running out of time is always the fault of the person running out of time. Whining about "flaggers" is just being a poor sport about having poor time management.
only applies to the people who really play not the flag basers who premove but then move if u blunder
