What is the YGNR thing?
The current state of the chess.com forums sucks

If you owned a mall it is ultimately your responsibility to keep it clean and safe. By the same token, it is the responsibility of the moderators of this forum to do the same. There are clear cut rules for how posters are supposed to conduct themselves online, and yet, I see postings all the time that do nothing more than inflame and incite. Clearly against forum policy, I don't see these postings being removed and in its place a notice such as:
"An inappropriate postings by (badman1, etc.) was removed for violating forum policy. The next such incident will result in being barred from further posting. Please disregard and NOT RESPOND to any further postings from badman1. These are people hungry for attention, including your negative reactions. Don't feed the furnace. The worst thing you can do to such people is to IGNORE THEM (they hate that)."
Also, moderators like original posters can block people from posting in a specific thread. So, what we need to do is BLOCK them, REPORT them, and IGNORE them, and let the moderators deal with the rest. If we don't do these things, if we continue to egg them on, then we're equally responsible for the disruption in our forums. Honestly folks, it shouldn't be that hard to exterminate these pests.

How do you judge what posts are unwanted by other people?
How controversial it can be, or if it says anything seriously bad about anyone
