Kicked from Live Chess

I was kicked because I was trying to say the word pen!s. This is technically not a bad word, so I dont know why I should be kicked for it. Also it does not say the amount of time for which I have been kicked, that would be helpful to know. It also says that next time I will be banned, I think that is a bit heavy handed for saying the word pen!s. I pay for a membership here and to be banned for such a small offense is an offense itself. 

  Pen!s is just a word that refers to a part of human anatomy, it is not a curse word though and I know it can be used innappropriately but it really does not have to be especially if simply referring to anatomy.

stop trying to get a way with this and why would you say that in live chess anyway.

Well Im sure you werent giving an anatomy lecture while saying it and it probably has something to do with the intent and not the word.

I've been playing chess for about 40 years and have never said "penis" during a game. It hardly seems the place.

Maybe he thinks some pieces look phallic.

Hope they ban you forever.  Can't think of any appropriate context in which you could have used the word.

Maybe OP made a typo and he actually meant:

My pen is huge.

Well, this is a family site.

While I am personally less concerned with swear words (those so called "bad" words) I still cannot see how you could possibly believe that talking about male genitalia with somone who might be a child was appropriate.

Sounds like a good ban decision to me.
