all winners of the game are to post the games (in pgn) on this thread stating who the game was between and the outcome thank you all very much.

lover's of the king's gambit here is your oppurtunity to become the chess.com king's gambit champion. to sign up simply post your name and rating in this topic and i will list you down as a competitor.

the rules to the tournament are this:

1. the kings gambit must be played (you don't have to accept the gambit)

2. to enter you must have a rating 1500+ (sorry guys)

3. if one person from the match doesn't want the game rated then the game shall not be rated.

4. 12 people can enter the 12 will be split into three groups of four.

5. the four players will play everyone in there group four times (twice as black and twice as white).

6. the person with the top score from each team will move into the finals

7. the last three shall play each other four times and the person with the highest score at the end of the tournament will be declared the winner.

8. The highest rated players will make it into the tournament if a position is disputed.

9. games are to be posted in pgn format into this thread. (so we can enjoy viewing the outcomes of this aggresive opening)

10. anybody caught cheating (and you will be) will be disqualified imediatley!

11. 3 days per turn

12. all games must be labeled KGT 1# 2# for referencing
