League not starting

I've been trying to start leagues for this week but it's still stuck on last week. I'm in Crystal and ended in 15th with 104 trophies. It says that week ended but it hasn't changed to this week even after I've joined and left the division. I've also played some games in tournaments and still haven't been moved to a new division. Pls help
same with me. I haven't even joined a league yet this week despite playing (and winning) a game, and I'm sure it's the same for everyone else. leagues are once again completely broken now I believe (second time in 4 weeks!), so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Me too. Played (& won) two games, and nothing.
No trophies, no new division, not even the streak counts - it stays showing 1 only (I noticed only the rating being updated with the new wins).
I tried reporting a bug, but for some reason the "report a bug" (or "make a suggestion") options don't do anything in chrome or firefox.
I noticed that they work in Brave browser, so I reported the issue, but almost a week no response, so I wonder if my report was even registered?
I read somewhere that quitting your current (already ended) division would allow you to be assigned a new one after playing(winning?) a game, but I haven't tried that yet.
There are some minor bugs, and the staff is aware and actively working on it. It will hopefully be fixed by tomorrow.

Really? on my side, first alone of Legend league started this week. It was fine before. 🙂
Well, I'm glad I'm not alone ig, but it's a bit frustrating knowing my win streak didn't do anything and this is only my second week in Crystal League. I got so hyped when i ranked up and then end up unable to promote or win any trophies:/

What do you mean "really?". Yes, really. I've had it happen 3 times already.
Once, a league never started. Another time, it stopped counting points after a while and now i can't get points again.
Just because it doesn't happen to you doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist.
My league is still stuck on week 42 which ended on October 22 how do I change to the most current one.

Same in my league. One player has 30 points and the other 49 have 0. I've won four games and got no points. The moderators on here have been saying it's going to be fixed soon for more than a week.

Same here. Some players get points - sometimes. I don’t get points. Leagues are totally messed up. Seems like their attempts to fix it are making it even more chaotic.
The staff is actively working on this known bug and doing its utmost to get back to normal. I also have this issue in the Legend being 1st and alone. Patience.
I contactet suport and got an answer:
Yes ther is a Problem, they are Working on it, if it is fixed we are getting our points and Trophies.
As far as i have understood it.
So lets give them some time... also we have no other option.

My league is working now! Better bag as many points as possible before it glitches out again 😅
Well yes the league is broken and that actually the major cause i use chess.com instead of Lichess (wich i mainly played on before)
