idk chess,com is prob making an update or smth but I feel bad for anyone who isn't legend yet

ya the worst part is your in the top of the podium and people can catch up to you and you have to not let them catch up

There was a bug that was quickly fixed that caused some divisions to become stuck. Staff are working on a fix to identify and resolve those stuck divisions.

However, you can leave leagues and rejoin. You will get placed in a working division after your first qualifying game.

The division was stuck so you weren't gaining trophies for the games anymore. The only option was to start a new division from scratch but it would be a new one where everyone started from the same point.

Staff is implementing a fix that is the functional equivalent of leaving and rejoining. You can wait for that to happen or do it yourself and be in a new division in minutes.

btw I just realized for two weeks I didn't gain any trophies lol

If you were in a stuck division, they never completed and the fix was just to move members to a new division in the existing tier.

We put hours trying to level up; give us compensation.

As far as I'm aware, no tracking was being done for those stuck divisions and they only had trophies gained for a couple of days max. When the initial bug was fixed, which caused those divisions to get stuck, games stopped gaining trophies for members in them.

I think it's fix now

Fr in 2weeks I'm sure I gained 600+ trophies from those Blitz games
