leagues rest times?

Is there a specific time the leagues actually rest? It seems right about the time I get home for work to relax and play is the time one league says 0 day 0 hours. But more than once when I’ve played at this particular time I don’t get credit for the wins. I so wanna play, but also don’t because of the rests.
