I want to learn a new language so it would be be good to play chess with players that speak this language. Is it possible to do this via open challenges. or any other way come to that.

You could search for members from specific countries and then challenge them to play.

Thanks - I cannot see how to search, where is it on the system?

Look under 'Share' then 'Members' and there's an option to search for members by country.
