Hi, can anyone help me? I have been disconnected just when I was about to win. I still had 30 s to play, plenty enough to win. I had never experimented that before. My PC went to sleep all of a sudden. I would like to inform chess.com support but all I find is a bot wich can even not let me enter my question. Can you tell me how to enter in touch with a human?

If you can't load the support tool fully, then your browser is likely blocking features. That's the method to contact Support staff.

Well, I can write some words or even a sentence but the bot replies by suggesting few topics. After checking one or two, what should I do? 6 months ago, we could contact a human. Not anymore?

Ask your question with very specific details. If the answer given don't help type something like contact an agent
Support worked 20,000+ tickets last month so it's possible to get a ticket opened with them.

I did it! But how hard it was... I have been obliged to talk to the bot again. Finally, he asked for my e-mail adress and sent my question to a human. Thanks for your help anyway.
