All the ads point towards Indian sounding names. But let us not use the term Indian?

So the guy calling me, fakes the Indian accent as well? And I when I ask where he is calling from & he says Bombay, he is really calling from the UK, putting on a broken English accent, which you can barely understand, just to cover up his real identity & the country he is calling from?
