Ratings calculation was recently adjusted to allow RD to fall lower than it did before. If you need info on ratings and RD.

The lowest RD so far has been 23, possibly due to the not being able to complete games fast enough to get the RD any lower.

We should soon see whether this is the lowest it can go. EpicPwnage will have over 1800 decided games in the next few days as the account is currently closed.
