@Itude; NO, bad idea--about demamding an explanation, and posting it. Its nobody's business. I was here around noon. Iljac started posting pictures which had nothing to do with this thread. After the 1st picture, he was warned by the mods. After the 2nd picture, he was told that his 1st warning was up. A few post later, he steped right into it. A mod attempted to help someone, and the 3rd picture showed up. No questions, no explanations are needed. Its nobody's business. I'm sure the site told him in private, as it should be. If you don't know where the line has been drawn, you can ask staff at any time BEFORE posting. OR you can push your luck like he did. Cmagnus31; your the loudest complainer about mod activity. 3 new ones yesterday, 4 new ones today, you got a problem with that, talk to Erik. I'm just relaying what transpired. I think the new mods are off to a fine start. You don't want to get silence, muted, banned?? Don't piss them off. You know the rules. You've all been here long enought.

I'm just relaying what he told me--as I said, I don't know what happened here, I'm just trying to find out. I don't understand why when he is muted he can still mail me a PM, but it just doesn't open. Either stop them fully from mailing/posting anything, or just stop the public posts--person-to-person should still be allowed if they are not banned. And I would still like to know the reason--I might be violating the same thing and just not know it. It's not that I'm defending Mljac (espeicially since I don't know what he did), I just want to know what landmine he stepped on so I can avoid it; that's all. Thanks for the reply.
Before you scream, check post 733, (1st warning), and 743, (2nd warning). The mods are more powerful than me. I'm not gonna test their authority. This kid Iljac has been here for 2 months. I hope Erik hires 6 more, to finally give some relief to Kansha, and Kohai, and Colomadin, and half a dozen more. Wait till your friends start flinging mud at you, and your gonna be all, "Help,Help, where's the mods".

There is more than one landmine to step on, but the rules are fair and described well in the first post of this thread I think. If you don't violate those rules you are quite safe

So , we have a new suggestion : mods that ban/mute people should always inform the offender about the reason. Without a reason , we can not learn and improve ourself. Without a reason , we let people guessing . Their friends are guessing and start to out their opinion and questions about the matter in public.
This happens so many times and keeps so many people unsatisfied , that I think Staff has to take a serious look at this (lack of) policy.
The last 10 post are all evidence of this uncertainty.
Do you see the pattern?? When you tell Mitch something; Cmagnus demands an explanetion. When you tell Cmagnus something, KatieMalia gets angry. When you say, calm down Katie, DEATHW1SH has a nasty comeback, and on, and on and on.
Pelly; did you read post 733, and 743?? He was told, on more than 1 accasion to not post pictures. You can use the English language, if you have something to say. That's not a new suggestion, its always been that way. 1 warning, the next time--OUT OF THE POOL!
