Man vs machine awards

I'm trying to get this achievement but the bot won't accept the challenge. Does anyone know how to get it?

There are no bots in Live anymore.

So why did this person get it yesterday? @chuppecat 

Support must have unlocked it for them. 

1. Browse to https://www.chess.com/play/computer.
2. Play a game with any bot.
3. When game is finished, click Game Review or Analysis to save the game. This is proof that you actually played a bot.
4. In the lower left of your screen, click Help | Report a Bug.
5. Write that you played a bot but did not get the Man vs. Machine achievement. Ask to send you the achievement.
6. Click Send.

I received mine the next day.

Officially, that achievement was for playing one of the bots that used to be in live. It was never changed to be for playing a bot under vs Computer, but apparently support may unlock it for that.

why did this award disappeare?

Bots were removed from the Play server.

Write the answer

but now they would send the reply to you in email (the bot [AI] said), but I just wanted to solve the problem in message but not email.
