Not soft. There are too many threads on this already. People with bad internet connections get disconnected and penalized, and people complain about others disconnecting who weren't punished immediately. It's tough for the staff who are doing the best they can.

Has this ever happened to you? I believe it did. Many chess.com members when going down, disconnect. Not only it's imorral but also it accomplishes nothing, they will just run out of time. Have you ever did it? Do you think chess.com is to soft to such behavior? Discuss.
