message about cancelling/disconnecting

I've been getting a message repeatedly today about "please don't intentionally cancel games or disconnect" etc, before every game. So I was wondering if everybody gets this now or if I have been singled out for this honour for some reason. Just curious. And it's a bit annoying to be told not to do things one doesn't do anyway,
