Mikhail Tal meme by chessmemex

lol, talking about blunders, I played my worst game for a very long time yesterday.
I made so many blunders, including just not taking a free piece on move 18 , that was qxc4
Then I played 26...kg7, kind of about the worst move on the board ( nearly )
Does anyone else have this kind of awful game sometimes ?
I just couldn't seem to see anything I normally can
Haven't dared play another after that yet
I usually quit after blundering a piece or a queen but it would be very cool if you become my chess rival so I have the motivation to improve.

After that game lol ??
Sure we can play some games, but after that game, I don't actually trust my brain at the moment.
After I have got that back maybe
your rating is 1603 in rapids...you're better than me. I guess that's why you're showing your kicking pose to me...haha

Impatience ?
Maybe, I am not sure, that's why I asked if anyone else has had a similar experience.
It happens to me occasionally, but I don't really know why, my brain feels like its filled with cotton wool, or something like that ?
Maybe you were tired or thinking about assignments

https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/38998125707?tab=analysis you'll be so scared to play against me if you see this game

lol, I play a similar line as white, so I would spoil all your fun with 3...d5
I started to love danish gambit after I saw naroditsky play it.

Yes, but its similar to this, which I play
1 e4 e5
2 nf3 nc6
3 d4 pxp
4 c3
and the real spoiler move is 4 ....d5 !
You know visualizations and notations?

Interesting point. The notation in algebraic is in my humble opinion less conducive to visualization than the old descriptive notation. I spend 2x every work day reading chess studying lines, often in descriptive. When the weekend comes I am supposed to take the board and place the pieces of the variations visualized during the week but I never do, too tired

d5 leads to an endgame where you can play b7 and Ba6 to stop white castling short. I feel, even though material is equal, that black has a better game. I won one of these today. You can check my history

Yeah that's it. It was abandoned by the early 80's. But the notation makes it easier than algebraic in my opinion to study lines.
