Just searched and found this thread, I would also be very appreciative of access to private notes in a future version of mobile chess :)
Are they ever going to give us this feature or what? I see this forum was created about 2 years ago to the day... and nothing has been done? I love playing from my mobile, but can't do it effectively.
Mobile chess works really beautifully on my Nokia E71, and supports the most important features. I'm really happy with it.
However, if there is a single feature I'd love to see in the future, it's the private notes. I use the mobile client while time and concentration is limited (while commuting etc.), and sometimes it would be great to just take a few quick notes and then review them later at home. I'm such a crappy player that I can't always instantly figure out good moves while staring at my tiny phone display in a bus crammed with people.
(I don't know if this is the right forum to post this, or if this has been already discussed. I tried searching the forums and did not find any posts on this subject.)
