Go to the main page. Change the thread title to, "Please join the Justin Bieber fan club", then go through the thread and delete all your comments.

change the title to something very inappropriate if you are that desperate (but you'll get your account locked along with your forums, just a heads up).

I once started a thread just to deal with an account problem, not a great idea. I later asked for it to be removed. It was, eventually, but only after I changed the title to "please delete this ridiculous thread", then added a new comment so it would show up on the first page in "Forums"
