I agree it can be frustrating Mr Mine... but I do feel you're overblowing this (and naming people so that others can join you in berating them is really not at all cool). If you want to spend time with your child, do that, instead of playing chess... which is JUST A GAME, supposed to be fun. I must admit, it would have been a score-draw for me, between you and your wind-up opponent... but then finally I found my winner to be the mean (but funny) comments about the Hindenburg disaster....

Wrong! The player [remove player name mod SB] made me wait for 8 minutes until I won the match. Yes, but as mentioned it could take half an hour to do so.
The whole point is to avoid stalling, which goes against the rules of the site. Hence those suggestions, which would take aim at the rule breakers during the game, rather than afterwards

Yes, but after up to 30 min. The entire point of the suggestions is to stop stalling, which goes against the rules of the site. Hence the suggestions that might prevent the rule breaking during the game, rather than just punishing it afterwards
I'm pretty sure it's based on the game's length. So for example, wasting 2-3 minutes in a lost position in a 10-minute game. I'm not sure if they are using an algorithm for it, but it's probably adjusted from time to time anyway.
