Hmm . . I know I received some presents.
I even got some from my wife but it seems like I lost one from her.
I won't mention it until she asks "How come you haven't worn the shirt?"
Maybe I will find it by then.

We were going to use candles but here's what happened last year when it was one candle less.

Today Dec 14 1937 was my birth day. Yesterday we went to a Mexican Restaurant and celebrated it with dinner.
I am now 78 years young. I feel half my age. My mind feel like 18. Today my Son Keith and family invited me to their home for Italian supper with home made pasta, garlic bread and salad.
We celebrated it twice.
They waited until we had cleared the table and brought out the cake. Amazing cake it was a Chess board with Dark Chocolate pieces and Chocoalate White pieces on a chess board made of the same chocolate. In the middle of the two opposing armies the made a bowling bed maple color with bowling pins made of white pawn pieces at the end of the lane. Including the arrows on the lanes and the marks on the approach.
These are my two sports that I participate in. Both my grandchildren 9 and 11 know how to play chess and to bowl.
They helped to make all the chocolate chess pieces pieces. Yes I inspected them and the white square were on the lower right corner. After they lit the candles and I blew them out they devoured as many of the pieces they could. The black king was the first to go. I ate the F7 pawn because that is the weakest square. I also ate a white rook.
The cake was devils food chocolate which is my second favorite.
