The same complaint twice in one day...
would love an answer from chess.com, will they answer ?

I have sat here for 5 minutes waiting for my opponent (who I am guessing accepted my open challenge) to make his first move(he is white). I have to wait, because when I abort the games like this the muppets at chess.com threaten me with sanctions on my account for aborting too often. When are chess.com going to do something about the auto abort, and stop threatening those that actually want to play chess with "auto sanctions".
These sanctions are in actual fact Kangaroo courts with no come back. Chess.com should at least record each players move times for many reasons ... including evidence
He has moved now ....7 minutes 54 seconds into the game.!!!
For gods sake chess.com get your act together.
