I agree. Play more games and your rating will be up soon. Just have fun. Do not worry about ratings here. OTB rating is more important. Use this site to improve your skills.

As far as I know you're responsible for everything that is being done by your account unless you were maliciously hacked. However, it seems to me you allowed your sister access ?

As far as rating is concerned however, do not worry about it. If your rating was a correct indicator of your actual playing strength before your sister lowered it, then all you need to do is not think about the rating and just play a lot of games.

Then your rating will reflect your true playing strength again and thereby will have returned to about where it was before.

A similar thing happened to me. My son played on my account and I did not know it. 

So when I am winning a chess argument some bozo says do not listen to ponz as he is only rated 1600. 

This was fast chess which I do not even play. So I could not change it that much if I wanted to.  This is one reason I play on a different site.

My real playing strengths is many levels higher than 1600.  

If one plays fast chess and that happens, then it is true that he/she could play more and get his old rating back.

Ponz: Consider playing some fast games. Or you'll be a backward pawn in arguments.

I never play fast games. I am unable to play fast games and get much above say 2000. 

If I did this [which I won't] then some bozo would say I only have a 2000 rating. 

Someone mentioned [I do not know if this is true] that those ratings are from all wins?  So the bozos [if this is true] are doubly wrong. 

It is obvious that Shadaxe have had a weaker little sister to play the blitz, 2000 in standard, and 583 in blitzrating with 7 losses and zero wins has to be two different players. 

I'll NEVER let my sister play on my account. Or post on the forums!

hey ponz, what is the strength of top level correspondence play? is it stronger than stockfish level?

Not necessarily stronger, but because engines are allowed, at least equal.
