All you have to do is to repeat the position three times and a draw is automatic.
Failing that, fifty moves without a pawn move or capture is also an automatic draw.

I think Chess.com should have an option to be able to Issue a Claim for a draw if the position is totally dead, i have noticed when you click the 1/2 symbol its says Offer or Claim Draw but when submitted all it does is offer to your opponent which allows it to be turned down. I have a game (3day per move) where i have King & Queen v my opponents King, Queen and Pawn but my opponents king can "never" get out of check my opponent refuses to accept any offer of a draw due to his pawn that will never progress due to not being able to avoid being checked. surely there needs to be an option to be able to claim a draw that allows chess.com to adjudicate any such position to a conclusion!
Someone could potentially still deviate and make a mistake or lose on time.
You'll have to meet one of the other draw conditions and play out the draw if your opponent doesn't want to accept it. With Daily, the draws are not automatic, but you'll be able to claim once the conditions are met.
