It's available to some members on iOS and should be available to everyone on the newest iOS app version in the near future. I know work is being done for the website but don't know when it might start rolling out

who gets it right now though? i have a family member who does have this mode, and some who dont.

It was developed initially for Android as I understand it. I don't believe iOS and Web development started until much later
